Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skin, body, and hair care products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
1. Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or allergic reactions (please read ingredients carefully before purchase).
2. Refunds
- Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
3. Cancellations
