Tofasure Ointment contains 2% w/w tofacitinib and belongs to a class of non-steroidal medications called Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors
Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema): Calms overactive immune signals to reduce red, itchy, swollen, and dry skin.
Plaque Psoriasis: Decreases abnormal skin cell growth and localized inflammation.
Vitiligo: Helps restore skin pigmentation by blocking immune-mediated damage to melanocytes.
Alopecia Areata: Sometimes used off-label or as directed by a specialist to manage localized hair loss

Clean and dry the affected area, then gently massage a thin layer into the skin.
Typically applied once or twice daily as prescribed by a doctor.
Generally should not be applied to more than 20% of your total body surface area
Do not cover the application site with airtight or occlusive dressings unless explicitly instructed by your physician.
Avoid applying to open, broken, or actively infected skin. It can lower local immune response, so watch out for signs of infection or viral flare-ups like shingles (herpes zoster).
Not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding without direct medical supervision.
